Will it work with every phone?+
It needs a phone that supports reading NFC tags. Compatibility and settings vary. Supported iPhones can read a web link by holding the top of the phone near the card; Android users may need to enable NFC. Check the phones your customers commonly use before ordering. Apple’s NFC guidance ↗
What do I need to get started?+
Your Google Business Profile review link and the package you want. If you do not have the link, Google explains how to get it from your Business Profile. Find your Google review link ↗
Does a tap automatically post a review?+
No. The card opens your review link. The customer chooses whether to leave a review and what to say. Google requires a Google Account to post a review. Aurexa Tech is independent of Google.
Are there monthly card fees?+
There is no Aurexa subscription for these cards. The listed package includes the cards, initial link programming, and basic testing. Delivery is separate. Future custom work, if requested, is quoted separately.
Does the card guarantee more five-star reviews?+
No card can promise a rating or a number of reviews. Invite honest feedback from customers without rewards or filtering by satisfaction. The card simply makes your review link easier to reach. Google’s review guidance ↗
How do I place an order?+
Choose a kit to prepare a personalised enquiry. Copy your enquiry, then open Viber to chat with Mr Zaw Min Oo at +959897220060 and paste your message.
